"Wait... today is Friday?"

As you can tell today is Friday, not Thursday. I would like to apologize for not keeping track of time and for feeling like today was Thursday(and therefor pulling a Steph and posting on another[later] day). Geez this week has been crazy, I have been running around doing errands(like an adult), and for some reason my vacation in Puerto Rico caught up to me here in Florida and I found myself wondering where the heck had the weeks gone.

Today I realized I missed Puerto Rico a lot more than I wanted to admit, I missed my friends and my family. I missed the ambient and how the island felt, to be completely honest. It made me feel nostalgic.

I don't get this feeling a lot, but when I do it hits me like a ton of bricks, especially when I go somewhere and the place I had in my mind looks nothing like what I'm seeing. New highways where forests used to stand, new buildings where my favorite wall of public expression was, on of my favorite shops closed and relocated. You get the idea. The point is, I missed it(a lot) and I can't wait to go back because I'm gonna actually enjoy being there on vacation again and this time I'll have time to relax and take it in as I want to, starting with my hometown and enjoying it every step of the way.
